Buffy/Dr. Who/Torchwood downloads

If anyone has any, I'd really appreciate it. I have no idea where to find them and I REALLY want to make some vids.

More specifically, I need S2-S4 (Tenth Doctor) episodes of DW and S5-S7 of Buffy. I have Chosen and Once More With Feeling but nothing else and I REALLY need Dawn clips.
