Cory Montieth aka Finn Hudson played YOUNG MITCHELL!

*falls down giggling*

Apparently he also played a Genii private in the Stargate Atlantis episode "The Storm."

This is what happens when shows that film in Canada draw from the wading pool of Canadian actors for their extras. :D

Well, closer to how Xena and Hercules did it. But yeah, same idea. The actors who stay home rather than attempting to move to the more bustling hubs are fewer, so there's less to draw from when pooling for talent.
