Ok, I'm not Chelle's biggest fan, but Quinn does seem kinda harsh and abrupt there.
True, there's nothing outright mean about "The above was already mentioned before. ", but the abruptness of it, coupled with the fact that it DOES immediately move on to the Yost news makes it come off more like Quinn seemed to be saying: "The above was already mentioned before. " in a flat angry way with an implied 'idiot' at the end of it, like a brush off or a quick slap before she moves on to the good news.
From what I can tell from Red Galaxy's comment, he's not commenting on a double post of news, he's answering the question that yes, he did post about the news.
