Volleyball game

jadelyntateSo, Its been the 3 Home Game weekend for the volleyball team (games Thursday, tonight, and tomorrow, which is Pink Night in support of Breast Cancer Awareness). My old roommate Mary is the captain and plays pretty much every game. When we were roommates, she tore one of the muscles in her knee during a game and had to have surgery--she pretty munch was benched the remainder of the season.
Tonight, she broke the school record for assists; I think it was something like 2K+ for her career which is pretty good when you consider she got benched for half a season--and she still has seven games left of this season (her last) plus the RMAC tournament.
Very proud of her--she's earned it.
In other v-ball news, I came this close to yelling at a couple of parents about reigning in their kids. I can understand letting them play in the bleachers, they were pre-school age and probably not all that interested in a collegiate volleyball game, but when people started moving away after the first set then they really should have done something.
Also? I am NOT a jungle gym that the munchkins could crawl all over. *glowers*
